§ 85. Application of Securities Law
Currentness
All of the definitions and provisions of the act of December 5, 1972 (P.L. 1280, No. 284),1 known as the “Pennsylvania Securities Act of 1972,” which are not in conflict with this act shall apply to any takeover offer involving a target company in this Commonwealth.
