§ 11018.3. Journal of proceedings, recording and withholding of vote
(b) Recording.--For every vote, the yeas and nays shall be called and recorded by the city clerk. An ordinance shall and a resolution may be reduced to writing before the vote is taken on the ordinance or resolution. A resolution pertaining to tax levies shall be reduced to writing before the vote is taken.
