§ 1734-F.2. Fund transfers
Currentness
(a) Transfer to Environmental Stewardship Fund.--From money received under the authority of Article III of the act of March 4, 1971 (P.L. 6, No. 2),1 known as the Tax Reform Code of 1971, the sum of $12,317,000 shall be transferred to the Environmental Stewardship Fund.
(b) Applicability.--Section 1795.2-E2 shall not apply to fiscal year 2022-2023.
