§ 121. Nolo contendere; guilty plea; conviction; sentence
Any person, holding a public office in this Commonwealth, who pleads nolo contendere or guilty, or is convicted in a court of record of extortion, embezzlement, bribery, malfeasance or misfeasance in office, or fraudulent conversion of public moneys or property, or for any misdemeanor in office, shall forfeit his office, and the sentence imposed by the court shall include the direction for the removal from office of such person.
