§ 448.903a. Nonapplicability
Nothing in this act shall apply to:
(2) Any mental health and mental retardation services authorized or paid for by the Department of Public Welfare1 or a county mental health or mental retardation program. The provisions of the act of October 20, 1966 (3rd Sp.Sess., P.L. 96, No. 6),2 known as the “Mental Health and Mental Retardation Act of 1966,” and all related regulations shall continue to be applicable to such services.
