§ 52. Penalty for violations
Currentness
Any person or persons, firm, corporation or corporations, or officer or officers thereof, violating the provisions of section one of this act,1 shall upon conviction be subject to a fine not to exceed five hundred dollars ($500), or imprisonment not more than six months, at the discretion of the court.
