§ 81. Legislative Record and separate Senate and House Journals abolished; publication of Legislative Journal directed
From and after the expiration of the present contracts for publishing the Legislative Record and the Legislative Record wrappers, on the first Monday of June, Anno Domini nineteen hundred and ten, the Legislative Record, and the separate publications known as the Journal of the Senate and Journal of the House of Representatives, are hereby abolished; and there shall be published, through the Department of Public Printing and Binding,1 under the contract existing, or that may hereafter exist, between the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the contractor or contractors for the State printing and binding, upon the same terms and rates as other State printing, a Legislative Journal.
