§ 451. Bureau created; location; old Bureau abolished
A Legislative Reference Bureau is hereby created for the use and information of the Members of the General Assembly, the Governor, and the heads of the departments of the State Government, and such citizens of the Commonwealth as may desire to consult the same. The bureau shall be located in the State Library Building. The Legislative Reference Bureau as now existing is hereby abolished.
