§ 145.9. Oath of emergency interim successors
Prior to entering upon the powers and duties to which he may temporarily succeed, each person elected or appointed to serve as an emergency interim successor as herein provided shall take the oath required by article one of the Constitution of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
