§ 42.102e. Secretary-Parliamentarian of the Senate
The Secretary-Parliamentarian shall be responsible for the supervision of the legislative affairs of the Senate and shall carry out such duties as may be provided by the laws of the Commonwealth, the Rules of the Senate, or such other matters as may be assigned by the President pro tempore. The Secretary-Parliamentarian shall also perform such duties as may be assigned to the Librarian of the Senate under any law of this Commonwealth.
