§ 3. Seals of Senate and House
The President pro tempore of the Senate and Speaker of the House of Representatives are further authorized and directed to procure seals bearing the same device as is engraved on the Great Seal of the State; and, on the part of the Senate, shall have for legend, “Seal of the Senate of Pennsylvania,” and on the part of the House of Representatives, shall have for legend, “Seal of the House of Representatives of Pennsylvania.”
