§ 199. Prior contract rights not affected
All rights, duties, and obligations arising under any contract awarded pursuant to an invitation for bids issued prior to the effective date of this act, or any bond given in connection with such a contract, shall continue to be governed by the provisions of the law in effect at the time of the execution of such contract by all of the parties thereto.
