§ 2218. Business entity clarification
For purposes of this act, a business entity that allows the testing of its technology, product or process in a State agency shall not be considered a State advisor or State consultant as defined in the act of July 19, 1957 (P.L. 1017, No. 451),1 known as the State Adverse Interest Act.
