§ 6116. Penalties
Any person who directly or through another violates or attempts to violate any provision of this act shall be guilty of a felony, and shall be fined not less than five thousand dollars ($5,000), nor more than fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) and shall be imprisoned for not more than seven years in the discretion of the court. Any person, whether licensed or not licensed under the provisions of this act, or any director, officer, employee or agent of any such person, who shall violate the provisions of this act or shall direct or consent to such violations shall be subject to a fine levied by the department of up to ten thousand dollars ($10,000) for each offense.
