§ 991.2308-A. Limitation on expenditure of funds
The total amount of annual contract awards authorized under this article may not exceed the amount of cigarette tax receipts annually deposited into the fund under section 1296 of the act of March 4, 1971 (P.L. 6, No. 2),1 known as the Tax Reform Code of 1971, and any other Federal or State funds received through the fund. The provision of children's health care through the fund may not constitute an entitlement derived from the Commonwealth or a claim on any other funds of the Commonwealth.
