Concurrent Resolution No. 131 of June 22, 1931, authorized omission of Act 1931, June 22, P.L. 594, No. 203, §§ 2 to 67 from the Pamphlet Laws, as not being of a general nature, but describing with particularity the township roads adopted as State highway routes in each county. Act 1931-203 was published in its entirety in a separate volume as authorized by said resolution. Accordingly, 36 P.S. § 1738-2 presents Act 1931-203, §§ 2 to 67 routes by designation number and enacting or amending legislative citation only.
Pursuant to 36 P.S. § 670-222, the Secretary of Transportation may abandon State highway routes with the approval of impacted municipalities. Pursuant to 75 Pa.C.S.A. § 9206, the Department of Transportation periodically publishes a listing of highways transferred in the Pennsylvania Bulletin. See e.g., 28 Pa.B. 5387 (Oct. 24, 1998).
