§ 30.201. Police power
Currentness
This act shall be deemed to be an exercise of the police powers of the Commonwealth for the protection of the health, safety and general welfare of the people of the Commonwealth, by providing a means for combating mine fires, refuse bank fires and subsidence resulting from mining.
