§ 70-724. No person shall travel on gravity plane while cars are being hoisted or lowered
No person shall travel on any gravity plane while cars are being hoisted or lowered thereon. Whenever ten persons arrive at the bottom or top of any plane on which it is necessary for men to travel, traffic thereon shall be suspended until they reach the top or bottom of said plane.
