§ 30.58. Cessation orders
The department shall have the authority to order the immediate cessation of any operation that is started without the operator thereof having first obtained a permit as required by this act, or where the public welfare or safety calls for the immediate halt of the operation until corrective steps have been undertaken by the operator to the satisfaction of the department.
