§ 70-704. Shafts or slopes to be fitted with available appliances for escape
Currentness
The escapements, shafts or slopes shall be fitted with safe and available appliances by which the persons employed in the mine may readily escape in case an accident occurs deranging the hoisting machinery at the main outlets.
