§ 687. Duties
Currentness
It shall be the duty of the commission to keep fully informed with respect to all projects that are being or may be conducted through the appropriation provided by the act of July 7, 1955 (P.L. 258),1 entitled “An act providing for anthracite mine drainage, contingent on Federal aid, and making an appropriation,” and to act in an advisory capacity with respect to the use of funds provided by said appropriation.
