§ 70-705. Slopes with angle inclination of fifteen degrees or less--Separate traveling way must be provided
In slopes where the angle of inclination is fifteen degrees of less there must be provided a separate traveling way, which shall be maintained in a safe condition for travel and kept free from dangerous gases.
