§ 3255. Execution subject to limitations and qualifications
When the Governor on behalf of this Commonwealth executes the compact herein set forth or any agreements for extension of its operations, he shall affix his signature thereto under a recital that such compact or agreements are executed pursuant to the provisions thereof, subject to the limitations and qualifications contained in the sections of this act in aid and furtherance thereof.
