§ 681.20a. Land Restoration Board
There is hereby created within the department a Land Restoration Board1 to be composed of the Secretary of Mines and Mineral Industries2 who shall be chairman of the board, a conservationist, a representative of the anthracite industry and a registered professional engineer, each of whom shall be appointed by the Governor for terms of four years to coincide with the Governor's own term of office, or until his successor has been appointed and has qualified, and of the deputy secretary of mines and mineral industries assigned to anthracite operations.
