§ 683. Failure to pay fine; punishment
Currentness
In default of the payment of the penalty, recovered as provided for in section two of this act,1 the person or persons against whom such penalty is recovered shall be committed to the jail of the proper county, for as many days as the penalty recovered is in dollars.
