§ 700k-2. Definitions and construction
Currentness
The words and phrases used in this act shall have the meanings ascribed to them in the act of April 28, 1937 (P.L. 417, No. 105), known as the “Milk Marketing Law,”1 unless the context clearly indicates to the contrary.
