§ 16-1604-B. Faculty
(a) General rule.--A member of an eligible postsecondary institution's faculty who teaches a concurrent course under this article shall not be an employee of a school entity, an independent contractor of a school entity or an employee of an independent contractor of a school entity for purposes of sections 111 and 25181 unless the faculty member teaches a course in a school entity's building.
(b) Adjunct faculty members.--Nothing in this article shall be construed to prohibit an eligible postsecondary institution from contracting with a professional employee of a school entity for purposes of a concurrent enrollment program if the professional employee meets all qualifications for an adjunct faculty member at the eligible postsecondary institution.
