§ 681. Milk cans to be cleansed before shipment
All cans or other vessels, used in the shipment of milk or cream on railroads, shall be thoroughly cleansed of the refuse of milk or cream, and other foreign matter, in, or adhering to the inside of, such can or other vessel, before shipment, and reshipment of same back to the original shipper thereof.
