§ 8904-E. Mixed-use Development Program
Currentness
(a) Establishment.--The Mixed-use Development Program is established as a program of the agency.
(b) Administration.--The program shall be administered by the agency in accordance with section 1905-E1 and with guidelines adopted and promulgated pursuant to this article.
