§ 700j-202. Qualifications and salaries
Each member of the board at the time of his appointment and qualification shall be a resident of the Commonwealth and a citizen of the United States. Residence outside the Commonwealth or loss of citizenship shall result in automatic disqualification as a board member. In case of a disqualification, the unexpired term shall be filled by the procedure for appointment as provided in section 201.1 For the purpose of the immediate section, “residence” shall mean that place where a person maintains the principal home.
No member of the board, during his period of service as such, shall hold any other office under the laws of this Commonwealth or of the United States.
The chairman of the board shall receive a salary in an amount as provided by law. The other members of the board shall receive salaries in amounts as provided by law.
