§ 700k-9. Transfer fee
Currentness
The fee for transfer of a license issued under the act of April 28, 1937 (P.L. 417, No. 105), known as the “Milk Marketing Law,”1 shall be in an amount fixed by regulation of the board subject to the act of June 25, 1982 (P.L. 633, No. 181), known as the “Regulatory Review Act.”2
