§ 700k-7. Fees for milk tester's certificates
Currentness
The fee for a certificate of proficiency in milk testing and the fee for an annual milk tester's certificate shall be in amounts fixed by regulation of the board subject to the act of June 25, 1982 (P.L. 633, No. 181), known as the “Regulatory Review Act.”1
