§ 325. Disposition of fines
Currentness
All fines and penalties imposed and received for the violation of any of the provisions of this act1 shall be paid to the Department of Agriculture, and, when so collected and paid, shall thereafter be, by the department, paid, through the Department of Revenue, into the State Treasury for the use of the Commonwealth.
