§ 700j-1202. Interstate commerce
Currentness
No provision of this act1 shall apply, or be construed to apply, to foreign or interstate commerce, except in so far as the same may be effective in accordance with the Constitution of the United States and the laws of the United States enacted pursuant thereto.
