§ 70-123. Newly assigned mine inspector accompanied by predecessor or other representatives of department
When a mine inspector is newly assigned to a district, he shall, before assuming his duties, be accompanied through all working places in each mine in the district by his predecessor or some other representative of the Department of Mines and Mineral Industries,1 who is thoroughly familiar with the workings.
