§ 700j-1006. Perjury
Any person who shall wilfully and corruptly make a false oath or affirmation before the board at any investigation or hearing, or in any report or statement authorized or required by this act, shall be guilty of perjury, and, on conviction, be subject to the penalties prescribed by law for wilfully and corruptly making false oath or affirmation.
