§ 1-603. Administrative files
(e) The department, by order, may subsequently make public information contained in the documents described in subsection (c)(1) and (2), and the order may limit the amount of information made public or place conditions on its use. Prior to issuing an order under this subsection, the department shall notify in writing the person who originally requested confidentiality at the person's last known address in the department's files at least thirty days before the department may issue an order under this subsection.
