§ 420.1-C. Definitions (Adm. Code § 1501-C)
Currentness
The following words and phrases when used in this article shall have the meanings given to them in this section unless the context clearly indicates otherwise:
“FEMA.” The Federal Emergency Management Agency.
“Task force.” The Flood Insurance Premium Assistance Task Force established under section 1503-C.1
