§ 1211-A. Penalties
A sheriff, deputy sheriff or other county police officer or any other official of the county or any person, association or corporation, who violates the provisions of sections 1206-A, 1209-A or 1210-A1 commits a misdemeanor and shall, upon conviction, be sentenced to pay a fine of not less than $100 nor more than $500, or to undergo imprisonment for not less than 90 days nor more than two years, or both.
