§ 1606-T. Nursing facility assessment time periods
Currentness
Notwithstanding section 815-A of the act of June 13, 1967 (P.L. 31, No. 21),1 known as the Human Services Code, the assessment authorized in Article VIII-A2 of the Human Services Code shall be imposed July 1, 2003, through June 30, 2026.
