§ 13C25. Application of Clean Indoor Air Act
Currentness
For the purpose of section 3(b)(11) of the act of June 13, 2008 (P.L. 182, No. 27),1 known as the Clean Indoor Air Act, the term “gaming floor” shall include the areas of any facility where the sports wagering certificate holder is authorized to conduct sports wagering, except such areas off the gaming floor where contests or tournaments are conducted unless smoking is otherwise permitted in such areas.
