§ 14702. Construction of part
Currentness
Nothing contained in this part shall be construed to repeal:
(1) The provisions of the act of May 23, 1945 (P.L. 903, No. 362),1 entitled “An act authorizing cities of the third class to establish an optional retirement system for officers and employes independently of any pension system or systems existing in such cities.”
(2) The act of February 14, 2008 (P.L. 6, No. 3),2 known as the Right-to-Know Law.
(3) The provisions of 45 Pa.C.S. (relating to legal notices).
(4) The provisions of 65 Pa.C.S. (relating to public officers).
(5) The provisions of 66 Pa.C.S. Pt. I (relating to Public Utility Code).
(6) The provisions of 74 Pa.C.S. Ch. 59 Subch. B3 (relating to airport zoning).
(7) Any local or special laws.
(8) Any law relating to the Navigation Commission for the Delaware River and its Navigable Tributaries.4
(9) The provisions of any law, the enforcement of which is vested in the Department of Health or the Department of Environmental Protection.
(10) The provisions of any law, the enforcement of which is vested in the Department of Conservation and Natural Resources.
(11) Any laws or parts of laws pertaining to civil defense.
(12) A supplement to any act under this section.
