§ 7620.1102. Repeal
Currentness
Repeals are as follows:
(1) The General Assembly declares that the repeal under paragraph (2) is necessary to effectuate this act.
(2) Section 11.1 of the act of April 23, 1956 (1955 P.L. 1510, No. 500),1 known as the Disease Prevention and Control Law of 1955, is repealed.
