§ 477b.6. Minimum number of covered employes
Currentness
Any policy of group life insurance issued pursuant to section 2 of the act of May 11, 1949 (P.L. 1210, No. 367),1 referred to as the Group Life Insurance Policy Law, and any policy of group accident and health insurance issued pursuant to section 621.22 shall cover at least two or more employes at the date of issue.
