§ 3086. Review of project applications
Currentness
The Department of Public Welfare,1 in cooperation with the Department of Labor and Industry and the Department of Education, shall give special consideration to projects which can demonstrate the use of other available funding resources, including, but not limited to, private sector funds, other Federal, State or local agency funds, or funds made available under the Job Training Partnership Act (Public Law 97-300, 96 Stat. 1322).2
