§ 512. Trustees
The department may appoint a trustee to receive the State blind pension payments for which a blind person is eligible, when, in its opinion, such trustee is necessary. A trustee shall serve without compensation from the department, and shall be subject to such rules, regulations and accounting as the department shall prescribe.
