§ 481.1. Penalty for failure to appear at criminal court proceeding
Any person receiving any form of assistance under this article who fails as a defendant to appear at a criminal court proceeding when issued a summons shall be disqualified from receiving assistance until such time as that person complies with the summons. The court shall cooperate with the department in the implementation of this section.
