§ 514. Influencing vote of recipient or applicant; penalty
Any person employed in the administration of this article who, either directly or indirectly, influences or endeavors to influence the vote of any person applying for or receiving State blind pension shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and, upon conviction thereof, shall be sentenced to pay a fine not exceeding one hundred dollars ($100), or to undergo imprisonment not exceeding six months, or both.
