§ 2256. Appointment of employes
The commissioners of each county shall have the power to appoint and remove all necessary employes of the institution district, and to require of any employe security for faithful performance. The number of such employes and their compensation shall be fixed by the salary board of the county wherever there is a salary board, otherwise by the county commissioners.
