§ 2264. Transfer of dependents
In counties where there was no county poor district or where no institution was maintained by a county poor district, the county commissioners shall, as soon as they are prepared to accommodate the dependents of their institution district, provide for their removal to the institution or institutions provided by the institution district, or to such other institution in another institution district with which provision has been made for the care of its dependents.
